Ataraxis was built for business owners who needed more than software — they needed a partner who would step in and do the work.

In 2008, our founder, Stephen Cilley, was leading a multi-state company and facing the growing complexity of payroll, compliance, and HR. The options available were either software platforms or advisory firms, but neither provided the hands-on support the business truly needed.

So he built something different.

In 2010, Ataraxis was founded to deliver fully managed HR, payroll, and benefits support — not just guidance, but execution. A team that takes ownership and operates as a true extension of your business.
